I made an appointment that they scheduled in just a few days from my call as it wasn't an emergency. Tech showed up early and he called before arriving early. Pleasant man who got right to work an finished quicker than i thought it would take and was thorough with my furnace inspection. Would highly recommend an will be giving him all my furnace work! Thanks Joey!!!

Installed a new AC and Furnace. Was professional and knowledgeable. Finished job sooner than expected. Cleaned up afterwards. Even came back to make sure furnace was working properly before furnace season. Would recommend to friends.

Fast response, friendly service. Very comfortable with him in my house. He has great diagnostic tools so he was able to quickly find my issue. The invoice was less than I expected.

Highly recommend Fusion Heating & Air! Joey has helped me out with HVAC stuff even before starting his own company, so I was happy to have him come out and do a full maintenance on my system today. He’s great about explaining what he’s doing, answering all of my random questions, and pointing things out or making recommendations along the way. He even took the time to explain how my whole-home humidifier works because I had absolutely no idea 😂

He’s always quick to respond, easy to work with, and I never feel like he’s trying to sell me something I don’t need. I’m definitely glad to have someone I trust for all my HVAC stuff!

Joey did an awesome job installing a new furnace and water heater at my house. He was very professional and efficient. He took the time to explain everything that I needed to know. Very impressed with the fact that the area was spotless when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Fusion Heating and Air!

Joey is an expert at what he does & treats your home like it’s his own. I’ve had him replace my thermostat, my hot water heater, my sump pump, repair my furnace & do some other small jobs & I’ve always been extremely happy with everything he’s done. He always goes above & beyond with prompt, clean, polite service & very fair pricing. He’s a really trustworthy, professional, capable guy who really knows his stuff!
